Ultimate BlackBerry and Gadget

I have the desktop manager but can't figure out how to transfer pics from my phone to the laptop. Only options the software gives me is to transfer files from laptop to blackberry, not vice versa. I have the 5.0 version.

I have a sidekick 3, but I am planning to buy the blackberry pearl phone. Do the features of the sidekick unlimited plan (such as unlimited emailing, internet access, and texting) work with a Blackberry pearl?

I have a regular cell phone with unlimited texting. I want unlimited texting for a blackberry and I don't really care about having internet but I know you have to have it. How much money difference is there?
