I am having my company mailbox configured on my blackberry but i tried setting up a yahoo account and was success full. But now i deleted the account to send emails from Yahoo to my blackberry. But the folder is still there when i scroll down and click on view folder. How can delete this extra folder.

You will need to delete the associate SERVICE BOOKS to that particular email.

Service Books >> in there you will see two service books for the yahoo email. highlight each and then click the MENU button (The dotted button to the left of the trackball) and DELETE each one of them.
That should take the icon off for the yahoo one.
If it doesn’t … do a quick battery reset …
Dont’ switch off your phone and just take the battery out for 20-30 seconds and then put the battery back on. This would reset your network settings.
If this doesn’t work then delete each and every service book from your phone. The only one you would not be able to is the one that says Provisioning. Once done log into your Blackberry BIS site (service providers name).blackberry.com and then just send the service books to yourself. MAKE SURE that the yahoo or other emails that you dont’ want are not listed in your BIS site
