A new 15.6-inch notebook from Toshiba is set to hit the Japanese market. Called the dynabook Qosmio T551/T4E, the system is equipped with a 15.6-inch 1366 x 768 LCD display, a 1.60GHz Intel Celeron B815 processor, an Intel HM65 Express Chipset, a 4GB DDR3 RAM, a 640GB hard drive, a 1.3MP webcam, a BDXL drive, a digital tuner land (single), WiFi, an HDMI port, a USB 3.0 port and runs on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (SP1) OS.
