Do you have the Desktop Manager installed on your laptop? If not go to http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/ and download it.
In the DM click on Media then there should be an option to sync with WMP.
If that doesn’t work check your “computer” on your laptop while the storm is connected, there should be a blackberry1 and blackberry2, lately I’ve only been seeing blackberry2, which is the sd card, if you just see blackberry2 go back to the DM media page, click on the roxio media manager, wait for that to load up completely then exit out of that then the DM, then use the safely remove device function in the toolbar, when it says it’s ok, unplug the usb from your laptop and reconnect it in a different usb slot. Check the “computer” again and this time 1and2 should show up and everything should be ok. Go to WMP and see if you can sync it this time.
Hope everything goes well for you.
